Booking & Timing

When should I Book?

What time should I depart?

  • Allow enough travel time to arrive at the airport before your check‑in desk opens.
  • Travel time may vary depending on time of day, traffic, and roadworks.
  • It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure timings are adequate.

When should I arrange arrival pick up? 

  • Call your driver once you have collected your luggage and are heading to the pickup area.
  • Standard pickup is 40–60 minutes after landing to allow for immigration and baggage reclaim.
  • Your driver will confirm the exact pickup location.

What if my Flight is delayed?

Cancellations & Changes

What if I have to cancel?

  • Free cancellation if made 24 hours before travel.
  • Late cancellations may incur a charge for the first leg of the journey.

Can I amend my booking?
